It pays to be prepared against online marketplace fraud! Tips for safe online shopping:

• Never share personal information with the seller, such as credit card details, internet bank IDs, email addresses or phone numbers. 
• Always ask for delivery on parcel post and do not give your address to the seller.
• Don't pay for the product you order in advance, choose the cash on delivery payment method. 
• Beware of suspicious links! The main warning sign is if the courier company asks for credit card details from the seller - never give personal information!

Precaution is the best defence!
