When fraudsters try to get information from us over the phone, especially banking information.
Fraudsters usually pose as employees of banks and other official institutions.
Be suspicious if you are asked to use a remote access application.
Don't trust someone's voice or phone number, as these are very easily changed by scammers.
Be suspicious if you are asked to log into your internet bank over the phone.
Bank staff will never ask for credit card details or verification codes over the phone.
