Phishing via SMS

SMishing.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
For example, scams where you receive an SMS saying that your parcel has arrived, but often you haven't ordered anything. These messages are characterised by a shortened URL link and often urge you to take action.
Do not click on the link you received in the SMS.
It is common for fraud to be perpetrated in the name of a large company whose customers are almost everywhere.
If you receive a text message telling you that your service has expired or ask you to renew your subscription, do not do so by clicking on the link, but go to the service provider's website.
